In case you are using a Debit Card to purchase a ticket, please let your bank of the total charge for them to authorize the charge. What are E-Tickets? It is a big expense for airlines to print and ship paper tickets. To eliminate this expense Airlines are implementing e-tickets for travel on most international routes. E-tickets are nothing but just ticket numbers. By providing a ticket number, airlines confirm that you have purchased a seat on that particular flight. Travelers are still required to show their passport and Visa before boarding the plane.

If I have forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it? If you don't know your password: From the Home Page, Click on "Sign in" If you have forgotten your password, Click on "Forgot Your Password" Enter your Login ID. Your old password will be e-mailed to you.
How Can I change or cancel my booking? A change or cancellation request can be made by sending an e-mail to Globester Support. Before you make a booking, as well as the booking confirmation e-mail will list change and cancellation policies for your booking. Cancellation: If allowed, you will be required to pay a cancellation penalty to cancel the ticket(s). Cancellation must be done prior to the departure date on the outbound flight. Change: If allowed, you will be required to pay a change penalty and fare difference if any for the new travel dates. Airline tickets are non-transferable. Once ticketed, one can not change the name on an airline ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use exchange a ticket from one airline to another E-tickets: Call at least 1 week before your original departure to change or cancel a ticket. Paper tickets: Call at least 2 Weeks prior to the departure date. You have to send your original tickets before a refund or change can be made in time.
Can I just use the return portion of my ticket? You must travel on the outbound portion of your ticket. Airlines cancel the tickets as no-show if a traveler misses or does not use the outbound portion of the ticket.
